Rendercubic Now Presents Low Priority Renders! [12-27-2011]
Limited budget! No problem. RenderCubic’s ultra-performance render farm now is offering low priority rendering for the discount rate of $.40 per core hour. The trade-off is that this may delay completion of the render job since it will be queued behind priority jobs. This option may occasionally render as quickly as regular priority jobs, but this will depend largely on the current job load at RenderCubic. Low priority renders are perfect for users that are on a limited budget and have flexible deadlines. Please email us at support@rendercubic.com to set up a low pritority account.
Rendercubic Presents Our Unlimited Weekly and Daily Passes! [11-03-2011]
The Unlimited Weekly Pass is similar to physically renting machines, except that we take care of all the setup, software, power, cooling, maintenance and technical support. Our Weekly Pass users will receive 24-hour unlimited access to their reserved machines for a whole week.  You can reserve from 4 machines up to 100 machines for the week.

The Daily Unlimited Pass is  perfect for heavy renders that require a 24-hour render turn around time.  You can reserve from 100-200 machines foryour renders.  All machines on the unlimited pass are Xeon Dual-Quad Core 3.0Ghz with 16GB DDR RAM.
RenderCubic Now Supports FPrime 3 for Lightwave!! [02-17-2009]

FPrime Network Rendering
FPrime even has a method to network rendering using the FPrime render engine. FPrime will actually emulate a LightWave Screamernet node, making it a drop-in replacement for LightWave's own Screamernet nodes. Your studio network rendering pipeline won't need to change, even if you're using proprietary scripts or controllers.

RenderCubic Now Suppports Brazil 2 for 3ds Max!! [02-17-2009]
Brazil 2 Rendering Features
Unlimited number of render presets, independent of the 3ds Max preset system which was introduced in 3ds Max 6. New z-depth and surface-normal adaptive antialiasing tests. Improved antialiased image filtering and texture filtering quality. Many additions and improvements to the render pass system -- more fine-grained control of exactly what goes into each renderpass and more customizability added to pre-defined passes. Atmospheric visibility in camera views, reflections, refractions, GI and Sub-Surface Scattering can all be determined independent of each other. Texture baking is now supported.
RenderCubic Now Supports XSI 6.5 & 7.0!! [02-16-2009]
XSI 7.0 Render Improvements
Integrated mental ray 3.6 Renderer - XSI 7.0 integrates the award-winning mental ray renderer, now at version 3.6. This update adds new controls for final gathering and displacement rendering, as well as options for optimizing and accelerating global illumination, and global ambient occlusion settings. The render manager improvements provide a convenient view of all the important rendering options that will help you fine-tune and output your scene. These options apply to the entire scene, each render pass you define, and the renderer itself. For XSI 7.0, the render manager's user interface and workflows have been simplified.
RenderCubic Now Supports C4D 10.5 & 11!! [02-16-2009]
Cinema4D 11 New Advanced Render Features
Achieve greater rendering realism with the completely-new Global Illumination engine in the Advanced Render 3 module for CINEMA 4D Release 11. Global Illumination provides a more accurate representation of scene lighting by taking into account light which bounces between objects.CINEMA 4D's Global Illumination engine has been completely rewritten from the ground up to take advantage of the latest algorithms and computer hardware, offering an irradiance (IR) mode for outstanding quality and a quasi-Monte-Carlo (QMC) algorithm for breathtaking speed.
RenderCubic Now Supports LightWave 9.5 & 9.6!! [02-16-2009]
LigthWave 9.6 Rendering Improvements
Improvements have been made to sub-division surfaces (SDS) in Layout, including support for Catmull-Clark subdivision surfaces.  Added Node-based displacement to the Object Properties displacement capabilities. Compatible with ZBrush 16-bit TIFF displacement maps. New rendering technology renders scenes using arbitrary camera lenses and warps. Improvements in dynamics loading and solving, and workflow improvements including access via the Scene Editor make dynamics more attractive and easier to use. New image filter enables a render to be post processed with a sketch-like treatment.

RenderCubic Now Supports HD_Instance 2.05!
At RenderCubic we support the hd_intance 2.05  plug-in for 32-bit and 64-bit.  The plug-in is available for Lightwave 9.5 and 9.6. If your using an older version of the hd_instance plug-in, we will be able to upgrade it.
RenderCubic Now Support Maya 2008 & 2009!! [02-16-2009]
Maya 2009 Introduces Render Proxy & Updated RenderPass Enhancements
A new Render Proxy feature in mental ray® enables you to replace scene elements with a simple low-resolution mesh, and only load the pre-translated data when required for rendering. A completely updated RenderPass feature set provides precise control over render output, making it easier to optimize integration with compositing packages such as Autodesk® Toxik™ software.
RenderCubic Now Supports 3ds Max 2008 & 2009!! [02-16-2009]
3ds Max 2009 Introduces Interactive Rendering
The Reveal rendering system, new in 3ds Max 2009, gives you the precise control you need to quickly refine your renders. Choose to render your entire scene minus a specific object; or render a single object, or even a specific region of the Framebuffer. The rendered image Framebuffer now contains a simplified set of tools to quickly validate changes in a render by optionally filtering out objects, regions and/or processes in order to balance quality, speed, and completeness.
